Overview

Personal attributes
We are looking for an excellent RE practitioner or current RE Leader with:
- a proven track record in raising pupil attainment as KS4 and KS5;
- high aspirations and expectations of what can be achieved;
- an understanding of how children learn and the complexities of this process;
- the skills to work successfully as a team member establishing effective working
relationships and flexible working practices; - experience of working in unity and collaboration with colleagues, parents, pupils and
the school community; - strong interpersonal skills and the drive and determination to inspire a team;
- the ability to lead on educational progress, achievement and enrichment experience
(including trips, rewards and clubs); - a measured, positive and inclusive approach to education;
- the ability to be kind, positive and committed to the school’s inclusive ethos;
- the ability to be flexible, calm, work under pressure and manage change effectively.
